How to improve your mental well in adverse conditions. here's 30 ways improve yourself mentally, among others:

1. By the time someone asks you to do something, set your answer is "yes" (but do not forget to say "no" in a timely manner).

2. In a society (in the classroom, conference, etc.), sit next to someone you do not know.

3. Visit an unusual place to visit

4. Eat somewhere new.

5. Try new foods.
